Design of Electric Control System for New multi-functional roadway repairing machine

摘要: 在介绍了新型多功能巷道修复机工作环境和电气控制系统组成的基础上,提出了一种采用分布式控制方式的新型多功能巷道修复机电气控制系统,系统间通过CAN总线相互通信,各个系统间相互配合,协调控制,分别承担系统不同的功能,提高了整个电气系统的稳定性、灵活性和可靠性。现场应用表明:整个电气控制系统结构合理、稳定、可靠,减少人工作业,提高了设备的使用效率。

Abstract: Based on the introduction of the working environment of the new multi-function roadway repairing machine and the composition of the electric control system, a new multi-function roadway repairing machine electrical control system using distributed control mode is proposed.The system communicates with each other through CAN bus, and each system cooperates with each other to coordinate and control, and respectively bear the different functions of the system, and improve the stability, flexibility and reliability of the whole electrical system. The field application shows that the whole electrical control system has reasonable structure, stability and reliability, reduces the manual work and improves the efficiency of the equipment.
